Duncan joined Medea in 2017 and prior to that was with the Rothschild mining advisory team in London, where his role included M&A strategy, technical appraisals, financial modelling and mentoring junior members of the team.

Before Rothschild, he was a mining analyst with the Galena Special Situations Fund, within Trafigura’s asset management business, responsible for overseeing the fund’s mining investments, including private and listed companies across a broad range of commodities, development stages and jurisdictions.

Duncan is a British National and has a degree in Geology from the Univeristy of Wales, Aberystwyth and an Msc in Mineral Project Appraisal from Royal School of Mines, Imperial College.
